At Anyog Gaga, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions

Exchanges and Refunds

If you would like to exchange an item for a different book, size, colour, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
